DO NOT GO HERE. This place had TERRIBLE service. I go in today to receive a dip powder ombre pink set nails. Not only did I have to wait 40 mins to be seen because there was only two workers, but I was completely ripped off out of my money. The owner had came in last minute to do my nails since because they were so short staffed. I showed her my color on a mannequin nail which was supposed to be an ombre pink. She had to ask another worker where the color was, he told her and she started on them. She started on my nails and it already looked globby and had glue all over my skin. She skipped the part where you file down the nails and clean it up and decided she was going to get up and walk out the salon. I waited for a second and looked around and a man finally came over to finish my nails. He wipes them off with alcohol and says OKAY DONE. They were NOT done. There was NO OMBRE and NO CLEAR COAT just pink globby nails with glue all over my fingers. I asked what happened to the ombre? He said he didn't know and sent me to another guy to finish. The man came over to help me and I asked him if he could clean up my nails, make it not look globby, and what had happened to the ombre in the pink? He told me he didn't know and thats what the color was supposed to be. I told him well on the mannequin it was significantly ombre, he said well thats the color it came out to be and sorry. I said well I would like to get them with the ombre. He said theres nothing he could do. He continues to calling the owner My who did my nails and asking her what happened. She wants to talk to me over the phone, so I explained to her that I wanted the ombre pink. Immediately she starts yelling at me over the phone that I can't even get a word in, saying how she asked me if I wanted pink nails and I said yes. When honestly that makes no sense if I gave you a mannequin nail that has ombre pink and tell you I want that why in the WORLD would I just want the pink by itself NO OMBRE. I let her and the man in front of me know, I have the money and some to pay for my nails I just want them done correctly. They tell me I will be paying 70 dollars for two nail jobs then. TWO NAIL JOBS!! I told them I will not be paying for someone else's mistake! She tells me if I don't pay the 40 for the nails she will call the cops. I told her call the cops I'm not in the wrong. The cops come. My nails are not done just looks like a HOME JOB. My comes back to the salon and hugs the cops. At this point I'm on the phone with my mother and My tells me to get off the phone or she's not talking to me. I get off the phone out of respect. She then tells me to come to the back of the salon, which is understandable so I did. We get to the back she tells me to sit down, I said I'm not sitting down Im already in the back of the salon we can speak like this. Again she starts yelling at me, saying how I waited for her to leave the salon to say I had a problem. WHEN 1 I TOLD HER THE COLOR LOOKED OFF AND SHE SAID OKAY SHED FIX AND TWO I NEVER EVEN KNEW SHE WAS LEAVING FOR GOOD she had just walked out and left. Then after explaining that to her, she said well this is her business and she already has to pay for this and that so she would not redo my nails because it was a lost to her. Which was completely unprofessional to tell a PAYING CUSTOMER. All the things she said to me in the back of that salon was so highly disrespectful and unprofessional. It took all of me to stay calm and not allow her to disturb my peace. I continued to telling her I will not pay to not get my nails done and that someone would fix this today. They put the clear coat on and I walked out of the store unsatisfied and feeling as if I was ripped off. Its like going to mcdonalds and asking for a chicken sandwich and they give you beef saying well you got a sandwich. Just sad. I will NEVER be coming back here. And I want all my ladies to know DONT COME HERE! Unless you want to have a bad nail job, rude and disrespectful
