my opinion of this product. first time purchasing from this store.
i purchased a FLA binder -three panel- from williams medial supply on 5/2021. thy do not have one on display so the sales person opened the package to show me. he only stated that once it is closed it stays closed. well, all new binders will stay closed. i asked if it rolls up or down he said no one has complained about that. since i could not put it on, i purchased it thinking it will not roll. i got home put it on and it not only rolled up from the bottom it rolled up from the top to sit in my waist line. very much a waste of money. i called to inquired about this, the sales person said no one has complained about it rolling. they do not have a review for their products, so that is why no one reviewed this product on their website very misleading and not the product you want, unless you want it to roll to a very tight belt at your waist. as for the binder disconnecting. it took two people to get it off/out of my waistline when it rolled there. i would not recommend this product. while trying to get it off, irritation and swelling resulted in my surgery site. major disappointment
