Hany A came out to check our HVAC unit. There was a musty smell and we wanted to make sure there wasnt any mildew or anything was wrong since we have a small baby at home. Hany cleaned the outside and inside of the unit, replaced one of the pieces, and was super friendly and fast. Great service!

My upstairs unit was not cooling well. I called Roscoe Brown and they came out quickly. Bryce went into the attic and immediately called me - found the problem - a 2 foot block of ice on my coils! He spent the time to shop vac up the water that was standing on my attic floor - "a good thing you called us because you were in for a mess!". He returned on Monday and completed the service work and now the air conditioner works great! I asked Bryce to call me a few days later to ask if the unit was working well - and he did!! Timely. Knowledgeable. Affordable. Friendly. AND incredibly helpful after the work was completed - thank you Troy L! I'm sending anyone who asks about HVAC work to you!

When the shower faucet in our kids bathroom broke on last Sunday night; water was spraying everywhere; I shut off the water main to our home as it was the only way to stop the water. The problem; we had no water at all once the main was shut off. Called a couple plumbers and no one was available except for Roscoe Brown. They sent out an emergency technician that immediately recognized the type of faucet and manufacture.. Unfortunately the technician did not have that specific part in his inventory that night. it was also too late to go to Lowes or Home Depot as it was Sunday night. So the technician capped off the water to our kids bathroom and we were able to have water back on for all other areas. They ordered the part next morning and today they fixed the faucet in our bathroom. I can't say enough about this group but professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable come to mind. We have used Roscoe Brown's services and have always been pleased. Our ceiling vents were missing some plastic baffles from years ago. I stopped in the Murfreesboro office to see if some could be ordered for me. Mike from the parts department told me those parts couldn't be ordered but he would check with the manufacturer. He took my name and number and promised to call. A couple of days later he did call and said he had scoured around and found the parts for me and that since we had used Roscoe Brown for the unit installment there would be no charge. That unit was put in was 30 years ago! He really went out of his way to track down these parts for me and I wanted to thank him and the company for their kindness and professionalism.

Technician Dana Kimsey came out today to check my AC unit. He was thoroughly professional and it was obvious that he treated my unit as if it were his own. Roscoe Brown has a great team of technicians.

Jim came on Friday, the very day we called about trouble with our upstairs air unit. He needed a part, that went with our older unit, that he had to get. He set the unit upstairs so that we would still be comfortable over the weekend and returned on Monday to replace the bad part. Jim was very professional and nice. We will be having both of our units serviced by Roscoe Brown in the future.

Ron was courteous, kind, incredible helpful, and everything you can ask for. As enjoyable as a 1am pipe burst can be (not at all), he calmed me down when I was truly panicking, and even walked me through the next steps moving forward. Truly a great person to have on the scene, and his help was greatly appreciated. Whoever he helps next will truly be lucky he was on call.

The are timely and friendly. You get postcard and phone call reminders for upcoming appointments which is helpful in our super busy lives. They call right at the start of the two hour window to confirm someone is on the way. Dana did a great job of explaining how to optimize the unit for best performance and was very detailed in making sure everything was tested properly after repair and maintenance.

David Kiger called me back within minutes and headed my way to help assess the problem. David was very professional and explained the problem and solutions. He quickly fixed the problem.
