The worst. After weeks, we cannot get the water staining off our new shower floor. We are afraid to use the rest of the bathroom which has the same marble. Mr. Proctor referred me to an article that be did not provide or bring to the meeting and answered most of my questions with, "read the article..". He also condescingly offered "marble is tricky...". His suggestions included recovering the floor with another material and putting down rugs so that water does not get on the floor. In a master bath... So beware. He has been paid, the materials are ruined, and he took no responsibility and offered no help for a terrible outcome.
