This store is hands down the best. They are very good at what they do and WILL take care of you. Not only they are professional but fair!!! They had a wide wide selection of phones, thousands of cases and they also fixed my phone in 30 mint.

I bought 3 phones from this place and few days later the charger port was messed up. I had a 30 day warranty and he would not fix the problem it was obviously a defect in the phone. the owner argued that i broke it and he refused to help or anything. the worst customer service ever. I wouldn't advice anyone to buy from this mega wireless on nollensville rd in Nashville tn

I love this cell phone store out of all the ones I went to. They have great selections of phones, cases and etc. They have a repair section and they fix it up in no time. Very trustworthy and ligit. A+++ for this store.

Really enjoy doing business with Mega Wireless! I bought an Iphone and an hour after getting it home I had messed something up and the phone was stuck in recovery mode..... the next day I took it back and they fixed the problem. Not only did they fix the problem but they helped me understand why it happened. I rarely write reviews, but the service was great and I'll definitely buy from them again :)
