Heartland Senior Community offers an array of living options. Our health care center provides assisted living care (RHA) to residents who require minimal help with activities of daily living but who enjoy the security of knowing a staff member is available to help them with their unique individual needs. Intermediate Care provides for residents who cannot live alone and need more supervision than in-home services provide. Our Independent Homes are a wonderful option for active seniors who do not want the responsibilities of home or lawn maintenance. Our Senior-friendly two and three bedroom homes are equipped with high-quality interior finishes, solid oak cabinetry, electric garage door openers, private patios, full landscaping, lawn care, and a 24-hour emergency call system.
