This is a great company to have in your home. They do things normal cleaning companies do not even try to. I have had two angels in my home and they was both so helpful. When I asked them to go touch up a spot or try my cleaning product they did with great attitudes and a helpful spirit. I signed up for service 6 weeks ago and I am happy with my service. They treat our family so well and I am proud to call them Christians. They have always done a wonderful job cleaning and I will be using them for along time.

I used this company the other day when my family was coming unexpected. I called on short notice and they came and cleaned the next day. I had more laundry then I knew what to do with and most of the house hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in a while so it was overwhelming. The ladies that helped me were wonderful. So thank you. I realize it is a job but you all went beyond to help with no extra charge. Thank You Again.

I started using your service about a year ago. At first it was great having a maid in my house. I was able to come home after a hard day and enjoy life with my family. When holidays came I would call for extra help. They always have been very accomidating with special requests and giving us extra time when needed.I know there has been some bad reviews over the years but I guess it's all in the maid you get. I was very lucky to get a great maid and she is like a member of the family. She knows us and we know her well. I just wanted to let everyone know there is great service out there. Domestic Angels is the place.

What a pleasure it is to have a dependable, hard working, cleaner that knows what she is doing. Its hard to find people to do what they say and show it everytime they are at your house. Great Job Girls.

It was such a treat to have in our house. I enjoyed coming home to a clean house and enjoying my family for a change. I had such a wonderful experience with them. They did what they said they would and were very professional. The lady who came out did everything I asked. She was so pleasant and accommodating. I was thrilled with customer service. I am a regular customer and will never go without them again.

They did an amazing job on my house. They were very impressive. They called the night before to confirm the time. Then they showed up on time and cleaned like there was no tomorrow. I have had cleaners before but Domestic seemed to have more professionalism. There work ethic was AWESOME. I am so glad I called. I will be doing business with Domestic Angels on a regular basis from now on. I give them a HIGH RECOMMENDATION.

I was very unhappy with this service. I called for 4 days just to see if i could set up an appointment to get somebody to clean my house. Finally I got in touch with the office manger. She was very rude and very unpatient. I still continued to set the clean up because i was in desperate need. The angel was scheduled to come the next day. Well nobody showed up! I called the office twice and there was no answer. They called me back to tell me there as a miscommunication and they would get somebody to my house right away. The angel showed up late and unorganized. She was very polite but polite does mpt clean a house. My floors were very sticky, and streaked, not to mention nothing was done in either bathroom, and only 2 of 4 bedrooms were vaccumed but not even dusted. I only used this company because of their front of being a religious company!! only to find out it was a false front. They were using religion as a crutch to take advantage of trusting people like myself. Overall I would not recommend this company to anybody and im very unhappy with the office staff and my overall clean

I have tried 5 times to use Domestic Angels. The most recent woman I got from there has spent a total of 8 hours in 2 weeks at my house. I have 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. The house is fairly large, 3500 sq ft, but she has not yet fully cleaned a single bathroom. Only 1 time was the floor washed and that was with a rap mop. She never did anything in the dining room, bar, office or school room in 8 hours. After spending almost $200 for these 8 hours I have decided to never use them again.



The first day, the cleaner was wiping off my countertop in the kitchen. I keep a camera there so I have quick access. With 4 kids I like to have it handy. She didn't think it was appropriate that it was kept there and told me so. I felt like my mother-in -law was there making judgements about my home.



Over the past 4 times before this cleaner, I've had a couple good ones who left after a few months. Then I had the one who left broken things around the house for me to discover later in the day. They weren't terribly valuable and I did not ask the agency for them to replace the items, but I did tell them about it.



It has been disappointing over and over. I don't like feeling like I owe an explanation to my housekeeper. I have a torn disk in my back, so I need someone else to wash the floors for me. That doesn't seem like a big request to me considering the job, but I have yet to find someone from this agency who does it without complaint.

I would like to start off by saying..... Not too many people anymore say when they have had the positive experience! I started using Domestic Angels in January. I reviewed their website and wanted to give them a try. I called and made the appointment the office staff was just a sweet as they can be. I had many questions and was shocked how the answered them all without hesitation! My angel called me the night before to confirm. She arrived on time. I had a list a mile long! She was eager to please. She was very respectful and did everything on my list. After she was done she had me walk with her to make sure I was pleased!!! I would recommend Domestic Angels to anyone who wants a personal experience without the commercial attitude!!!

I like others wish we had looked here first before contacting Domestic Angels. Spent $180 for 6 hrs worth of cleaning. Got very little cleaning. Carpet was not clean. Kitchen floor was not touched. Urine on toilets and seats. Bamboo floor looked awful. The list goes on...

They sent out another person the following week for a "complimentary" 3 hour cleaning. Not sure how this was complimentary since we didn't get 6 hours of cleaning in the first place. On the second visit they cleaned the bathrooms satisfactorily but never touched the kitchen floor, cabinets or appliances. The carpets upstairs were vacuumed but I still found chex mix crumbs on my daughters carpet in two places.

Asked for a refund for 3 hours and was again offered a reclean.. Told them no I did not want them in my home again. Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau but it will unlikely be accepted since they did offer a reclean..

All I wanted was for them to clean the kitchen, bathroom and vacuum my small condo. They first voiced concern on the phone when booking the appointment over exactly how messy my home was. I left a note for the "Angel" asking her to call me when she arrived so I could explain some things to her. She never called. I had to call the office for them to tell me that they "didn't feel they could help me." I assure you reader's, my home was nothing to call the health department over. I reached out for help and was willing to pay for it. I was denied by this company. Clean up before you call the cleaning lady!
