i.e.,4/4/2013 Send a green arrangement with a balloon to office. Was charged 60.00. Office less than mile form florist. Charged me 10.00 to delivery. $20.00 would have been a lot to spent for the arrangement. I was so embarrassed at that I had paid 60.00 for something and looked like I was cheap......Called back lady was rude and did not care. A local favorite, or highly recommended because

I regret to read that the previous reviewer had such an unpleasant experience. I was the school school counselor at Una Elementary, and always found them very helpful. In fact, though I am now at Napier near downtown, I was just looking up their number to place an order. I certainly understand the reviewer's frustration and regret she and her husband had such an experience, but my experience over the several years they have been in business leads me to think that the negative experience is a very unfortunate exception, and that quality service is usually the rule at All Occasion.

To start my husband tried to have flowers delivered by 1 on valentines day, you say a stretch, maybe, so i left my office at 230pm, but the office was still opened, when they closed no flowers had arrived. we called & asked for a refund, the ldy we spoke w/said no, claimed to be mgr, today i was told she wasnt. Anyway, this morning, no sign of an attepted delivery. no note, call etc at the office. Flowers were delivered wilted after 10am. i emailed and asked for more flowers/refund etc. They came to get the flowers & just kept stating, i was unhappy because of the 1pm time frame. Not true! as stated-no aplogy without "buts and ifs" and no evidence of any attempted delivery until the day after valentines day.they could have saved the holiday, by refunding on valentines night! instead my husband was upset he had nothing for me, on a day florist help to commercialize.
