Rented the cabin for two nights. Rotten food left in the fridge, broken fans, dirty towels, bed bugs, no power, no water, 2 tv's didn't work, sound system didn't work, and there were cigarette butts in most of the corners and under the beds. To top it all off they charged us for a broken toaster we never even took out of the cabinet, extra people who never stayed, and some food (not rotten) accidentally forgotten in the fridge. Did I mention we didn't have electricity or water for a day. Extremely rude service. Told us "not our problem" too many times.

Beautiful cabin, scenery! Our family really enjoyed the lake and having the entire house to ourselves.

The owners went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant experience. We will definately visit again and tell our friends.

The homes provided are very clean and up to date. It is more like staying in an upscale hotel with the charm of a secluded getaway. I will stay again. Online reservations and accurate home descriptions made booking easy and what was promised was delivered. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Brown County and wants to stay as comfortable as possible.

I have spent a lot of time in Brown County and stayed in a lot of vacation homes, none compare to Moondance. We have stayed in three of there houses and each one was breath taking. There prompt service and attention to detail is what keeps coming back year after year.

My wife and I have stayed in 4 of their homes and they have all been wonderful. If you want privacy, they have it...if you want to be within walking distance to town, they have that too. I really expected to stay in a shack for a lot of money but MVH has the best places in Nashville...5 stars for sure! Doug Hackbarth, Fort Wayne, IN
