The owners of this business are knowledgeable and customer-oriented. When requested for help, they take the extra time to ensure that patrons understand the options available and pros/cons of each. Their merchandise is uniformly high-quality and is very fairly priced. Especially if you are looking for pet food for small animals, there is no way a pet owner should buy hay or pellets at a pet store when you can find fresher fodder for 1/3 to 1/5 the price. The Farmers' Exchange has a wide variety of gardening supplies and even fills propane tanks. Plus, the owners are incredibly nice folks. I am a huge fan of supporting their local business rather than going to a big box store.
