If you should rent from them make sure you take a picture of every inch of the house. Inside and out. The owners they represent will charge you for anything they can think of. I was charged for cleaning a mattress .Which I expect should be cleaned between renters. Durkin is useless They will tell you that is between you and the landlord. So no help.

Best rental in RI, been coming for over 30 yrs. Love the staff, people in the surrounding areas and will be coming back for the next 30 years
Not at all happy. Had a beach rental for a week. Clearly not been cleaned when we arrived. Made a complaint that I had to chase three times to get a response. Response was that the $150 cleaning fee was still appropriate and 'you should have notified us upon arrival that the place had not been cleaned'! Not that easy late on a saturday night. To be honest though the biggest frustration was not that the place was dirty but the lack of communication and lack of interest from the durkin team. They really did not care. Will not be using them again. Shame really as with a bit of care and attention the house overall was good.

Beware renters & buyers Durkin will keep your security deposit with bogus damage claims. I have to hire an attorney to get my security back because the beach house I rented was poorly maitained & a bathroom ceramic tile fell off the wall !! Durkin is holding me responsible for it !!
