National Alarm will not let consumers out of their contract. We called and requested cancellation and they did not tell us when we called that we had to cancel in writing. When they were still billing us we called and questioned it and then they stated that they would not cancel our contract until 2018 because it automatically renewed. They did NOT send us any notice stating that the contract was renewing automatically. They are worse than any cell phone company. National alarm is not an honest company. They actually told my husband to read the fine print of a contact he signed over 15 years ago.

Make sure you know your options if you relocate your business. Also, make sure the equipment is not installed with tape!!!
