Do not use this company. They will charge you a 65.00 diagnostic charge, and tell you that the problem is your motherboard. They'll take your motherboard and tell you they'll order the part, when meanwhile, they send out your board to get refurbished. They are charging me 400 bucks to put my old board back in, which they DID NOT tell me. Meanwhile, its been almost 3 weeks, and still no call to tell me whats going on. I have called them several times, and the wife tells me all kinds of excuses, that the technician isnt there. She makes it sound like its a huge business, meanwhile, its only her and her husband. How sad. Now BBB will hear about this, along with every advertisement site there is out there, along with a police report and basically hell, for all the misery these people put us through..Hope it was worth the 65 bucks and my old motherboard!!
