Very professional. Showed up on time. Very neat. Cleaned up after themselves and did a beautiful job. Absolutely amazing closet. I'm sorry we didn't do it years ago!!!

Everything went perfectly from beginning to end. The best part for me was that the installers were willing to make some very small changes as they were installing. I would definitely hire again. They did three closets and converted the laundry room into an office/laundry room. All space is efficiently utilized.

I was very pleased with Inspired Closets. Chris, our sales person listened to our goals and objectives and then creatively worked to present options. The computer system helped us viewed the design options immediately and allowed us to do "what if" analysis including pricing. We were very pleased with the design and sales process. Then they did everything they promised during installation. An outstanding experience.

Courtney had the best closet design of the three designers we interview. We went to the showroom to inspect the quality of the product including the built in drawers.The installation was quick and clean.

Recently moving to Naples and not having a personal recommendation for customizing closets, we met with 3 companies to get ideas and quotes on customizing our 5 closets.

Chris our designer returned my call within "minutes" of sending a request via their website. He showed up on time at our home, he was extremely prepared, listened to what I "thought I wanted", gave his opinion and his knowledge was invaluable. After we decided on a design, Chris sat in our kitchen on his laptop and 20 minutes later not just did I have a quote (vs 3-7 days as other companies) but he had 3D color drawings with simulated clothes & shoes inputted. This was extremely helpful as my husband works on the west coast and I had to send him everything via email for him to see what I was getting.

A fast 5 weeks later (including hurricane Irma in-between)... Hugo installed our closets. We chose a custom color/wood grain otherwise it would have been less time to install. Hugo did an excellent job, he was here 9am-4:30pm, never took a break, was extremely clean and what little dust he made, he cleaned up immediately...so much that when he left, I could immediately hang my clothes!

The price was exactly inline with the other 2 companies but we felt like we got a better deal because of Chris's design work and knowledge. I have already given Custom Closets and More's info to 1 friend and we'll highly recommend them to others in our neighborhood.

We are so pleased with the total experience we have had with you. From the time we walked into your business on Domestic Ave right to the last screw that was driven into the wall we could not have been more pleased. Chris was excellent in helping us design the garage reno. He knew exactly what we needed. However, Hurricane Irma through a wrench into the install date so it was delayed by a week, but the week following the hurricane a crew came to load the trailer. The following day the person who did the floor came and he did a first class job. The floor looks like it has diamonds in it. The following day the installer, Hugo and his father, who is his helper arrived. They are an outstanding pair of workers. They laid cardboard on the floor so as not to damage it and then went to work and they worked so hard and such long hours. The job they did is outstanding and they were so enjoyable to have around. Always making certain that I was pleased with what they were doing. I cannot brag enough about them. Hugo is an expert at installation and when I get ready to do the master closet I will request that he does the installation. He is very conscientious and very tidy. This has truly been a most enjoyable experience. Also, the girls in the office were very helpful in rescheduling and keeping me informed as to what was going to take place.

The designer we worked with was very knowledgeable and was quickly able to determine what we wanted because he listened to us rather than try to sell us an off the shelve product. The installation crew was on time, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We had a few minor corrections that had to made, but they were completed promptly.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Our master bedroom closet is small and didn't hold everything we needed it to. I called Custom Closets and More and Bret came out. Within a matter of minutes, he measured the space, created a design on his laptop, and gave me a quote. We had the new system installed earlier this week, and we LOVE it!!! It's very sturdy and makes use of every inch of space. We couldn't be happier!!!

Out of the three companies I called for this project, this one is the only company I considered. They were excellent to work with from the very beginning. The total garage make over is awesome!

Great experience with Joe Gibson (designer) and the installation crew from Custom Closets. We had 4 closets done and our garage floor done as well. Results were exactly what we wanted--actually even better. Price was very competitive. Joe made the process fun!

Received an immediate response to an inquiry. An appointment was set in timely manner, the visit to determine the work to be done was met and the proposal was made at the visit. After acceptance the scheduler called and set a timely installation. They arrived on time as scheduled and the work was completed both timely and professionally. I am completely satisfied with a first class completed job.

Custom Closets & More has an excellent product, excellent installers, and excellent customer service. You can really judge a company by how accommodating a company is when something goes wrong. One of my cabinets was the wrong size (the height of my cabinets was staggered), and I didn't notice the mistake on the order form. As a matter of fact, I didn't notice the mistake until several days after everything was installed. Nevertheless, they immediately acknowledged that the cabinet should have been a different height, ordered a new one, removed the mistake, and reinstalled the new one - all for no additional charge. I love their promptness in keeping appointments too. I really can't say enough good things about this company!
