Brick Fired is our style of cooking. It's how we prepare our pizzas, flatbread sandwhiches, and our homemade croutons for our delicious, fresh salads. We use only the finest cheeses, premium gourmet ingredients, and our signature dough made daily with extra virgin olive oil. Our brick oven sears your food in just minutes, at temperatures up to 1000 degrees! We also offer gluten free, dairy free options. Finally, our tasty desserts include a selection of Italian gelato, sorbet, and warm, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. BRK is family friendly! We are locally owned and operated. We have personal TV's at each booth for enjoyment. Indoor and outdoor seating is avaliable,
