Customer service is absolutely awful here. The staff is super incompetent. They will screw up your entire account because they don't have a clue what they are doing. If you are thinking of switching to Sprint, definitely go to a different store. I would advise not to switch at all though, Verizon has much better customer service for only a bit more money.
