      Meadowbrook Manor is a family-owned and operated nursing care and rehabilitation center. It offers skilled nursing care and in-house dialysis, as well as a rehabilitation program that includes hands-on care, education and counseling by various therapists. The center, through its therapy unit, offers treatment for fractures, joint replacement, arthritis, osteoporosis, stroke, Parkinson s disease, and wounds and injuries. In addition, Meadowbrook Manor offers programs for physical, occupational, speech and language therapies, including physical strength, motion, balance, and endurance maintenance and restoration. The center also offers dressing, bathing, cooking, feeding and toileting skills support services and initiates leisure activities. It maintains a center in Naperville, Ill.
