I bought an older collectable gun from this shop. They explained the way the FFL exchange worked. I paid them with a certified check, a week later the gunsmith (FFL) on my end called and said my gun was in. It was a great deal, and good service. I am very happy.
Do business with this den of thieves and liars at your own risk! They accept payment on firearms and then have every excuse under the sun as to why they haven't shipped to the receiving FFL yet. They are extremely responsive up until the point you give them money.
Two months later and still no gun that I paid for in advance. They stop responding to communication when you stop accepting their excuses about holidays or being closed or family emergencies or supposedly they couldn't reach you (even though you didn't get any emails or phone calls). I had to contest the charge via my credit card company. Beware, they also go by "TJ's Contracting Company"
bought a .17hmr riffle from them on their online site. Shipping said within 5 business days to the store. After 5 days, i went to the store to see if it had arrived. Guy said it had not. I made him check his computer for status. He told me it was "on the way" and should be here early next week. Went back end of next week and it had still not arrived. this went on for little over a month. every time there was a new excuse. after a month i decided i was going to go get my money back and sure enough, the gun was in the store. I then went to take it home and the guy tried to charge me a second time for the gun. I showed him my bank statement on my phone showing i had paid for it already but he wouldnt hear it and insisted i had only paid a "deposit". after over 30 minutes of us yelling at each other, he realized he had printed out the wrong invoice and that i had in fact paid in full. he did not even apologize.
Owner and employees are rude and liars and will try to rip you off! STAY AWAY! one star is being generous at this point

I was there 2 weeks ago, I had a great experience. As a LEO... I recommend this place. Prices are just below market value on most items
I bought a S&W model 41 from Collectable Arms. They sold the gun "as is". The gun cost me a grand. They were unwilling to budge on the price of a used gun. The gun has jammed every time I have been to the range. It also frequently has light strikes and misfires. They should sell better merchandise and their staff should check what's in the showcase before it's put up for sale. I haven't bee back since.
i once bought a "new in box" shotgun from collectable arms and when i got it to my house there was no spring in the gun! when i brought it back they took the spring out of a totally different gun and assured me it was fine! i should have demanded my money back but i was just getting into guns and i took it. i think about that nightmare often. well i've never been back since!!!

I should have listened to the other reviewer. Horrible people to deal with. Overpriced junk and totally unethical sellers. Check your purchase over in great detail because once you walk out the door, they will tell you that you are stuck with it - problems and all, and I guarantee you that you will later find something wrong with it.

Keep your hand on your wallet when dealing with these guys. Overpriced and dishonest. They will tell you whatever you want to hear until after the deal is done, and then the customer service and promises disappear!!
Bought a pistol from them over the internet. Arrived with a broken firing pin, which they promised to send a replacement for. After weeks of waiting, multiple promises that it had been shipped, promises to return my phone call....NOTHING! Best I can say about them is that they are a bunch of dishonest thieves!
