I took my Sons HP Stream in because we could not log in. They told me it was not worth to it more than $60 into fixing it since my son only paid $200 for it. Agreed to that. They wrote $60 on the paperwork and circled it for a cap on it. About a week after I took it in they called me and left a message I could pick it up. I had a surgery a couple of days prior so had to send Wife in to pick it up. When my wife brought it to me she told me they had charged her a total of $120. They charged me double the limit of the $60 they had agreed to charge. Do Not trust them.
If you're looking for honest work at a very reasonable price, this is the place to go. I've been "into computers" since the old TRS-80's with 4k of memory, and I've dealt with many suppliers, both locally and out-of-state, and without question, I wouldn't hesitate to come to ABI Computers first for anything computer related.
These guys rock , was contemplating buying a new computer because mine was lagging and seemed slow , they put in a SSD and maxed the RAM out and my computer rocks now , lightning fast and about for 1/10 the price of buying a new one , thanx guys , you got my business from now on and highly recommend your business for anyone who has computer problems , 5 star service
My computer would not power up, so I took it to ABI hoping to get my power supply replaced but was told that not only was my power supply bad but my motherboard and hard drive as well. Recommended a new computer, which I purchased. I found out later that my motherboard and hard drive was fine. After being contacted by Mark Sweet ABI has offered a full refund and to work on customer communication skills.
I spent well over a thousand in that place on computers my one request was to move EVERYTHING from my old laptop to an external hard drive, told them i had Pictures and music files on my desk top and they didn't move those because " it wasn't on the order to do" so the guy that wrote it down (the owner) left that out and now I'm out years and years of pictures i will never get back of my kids and old pictures of my grandparents, not once did they apologize and were extremely rude, instead of trying to calm me down and try to make up for their mess up and stupidity they started yelling back and treating me like I'm an idiot, they are far from pros in my eyes because of that and I will NEVER waste my money in that store again! The had the stupidity to say well why didn't you move them...ummmmmmmmmm because you had my computer! Geez be careful who you trust with your equipment
