I am so angry! While the gentleman that came out, was great and I was pleased with his service, Roto Rooter lied in their advertisement. In the phone book on their big two page add, printed very clearly it says Free Estimates, No Service Charge. This was the reason I called them to begin with! I called the 1-800 # and which went to the local office and the person answering the phone told me that no service charge part of the add is meant for corporations... the add does not say that! I am calling the Better Business Bureau next... isn't false advertising illegal?
