The Subway attendant reviewed my order and advised me to upgrade to a special. Thanks. So I ordered a club on toasted wheat with provolone. I got a 3 meat sandwich with provolone, no bacon no tomato or lettuce. I asked for FF Italian dressing which I got in a PC packet. Who cares, I was a mile from my house and had lettuce at home and can put my own dressing on the sandwich. No problem, her heart was in the right place. I phoned the store and asked for mgmt/supv....nada....just to advise of the training issue. The gent who answered said there were no mgrs on site and sounded busy. I quickly told him what had happened and asked that he let the bosses know. I'm not griping but just sharing my experience so y'all can identify the training opportunity!
