On the surface it seems great. In reality it's a big gossip mill of unprofessional and rude staff. They consistently violate HIPAA laws. Staff neglects to watch children which results in multiple injuries. Teachers manipulate the children to a degree of no return. Huge cock roaches crawling everywhere. Teacher feeds (5) 1 yr olds cereal with one spoon in flu season. Staff brings their own children and show favoritism. Staff steals your child's diapers. Management ignores your complaints. Staff retaliates if you complain. I had a full range of experience with 4 children in different age groups of classes/teachers. I was horrified with the experience and strongly urge parents to find another childcare facility. After school teacher Mr. Todd was the only exception.
