Theses builders start out great making you feel like they are making your dreams come true then they take all your money and leave your house half completed. They were supposed to complete my project in July of 2018 imagine my surprise when I returned home to find they have abandoned the project and now will not even communicate with me. They will not return my property keys, materials already purchased, or refund the money for those items. They take your money saying they are buying building materials and then they flee with the money. In addition if you don't watch them they will go over budget on everything. I ended up 15% over budget and only have half a home. Serious people do not trust these down home con artist.
