unprofessional at best, clients have been left at drop off location with no way to call for a return ride as the number listed was not in working order sent someone to notify them and no one answered the door. very dissatisfied!!

Choose someone else! It takes 3 phone calls to get them to come back and pick you up afer your appointment is done. A 15 minute doctors appointment could have you out of your home for over 3 hours! There are other, more efficient carriers out there.
