Reviews
Your customer service is highly disappointing. Being a foreigner, I thought that Americans are efficient and quick to respond to enquiries. As one that is engaged in business, the paper must be competitive. But Muskegon Chronicle should no longer exist as a newspaper business. I have been trying to call these nos. (231) 728-9554; (231) 722-3161 and there are no people manning the Circulation Dept. It will tell you the minutes you have to wait and when the minutes are over, they will advise you to press 1 if the customer prefers to be called back without losing his/her position. The day is over, nobody from the Chronicle calls you back. Because I preferred to be called back and pressed 1, yesterday, 10/31/16 I did not get out of the house so that I could talk to someone. I asked my 90-year old husband to grocery shop so that I would not miss a call. I waited the whole afternoon, there was no call and today again 11/1/16 I called and what you hear is music being played and some advertisements. Isn't that rude to be listening to music and not fulfill its promise to call you back? I am a senior and I want today to go and exercise because my back hurts, just for calling the Circulation Department of the Muskegon Chronicle is inaccessible.
They are making my mother look bad. They don't know the whole story and are letting people write horrible things making my family depressed. They should've never come to our house!!
