I went into the Goodwill, this morning around 9:30 am. There was a young woman there, working, and i started a conversation with her. I am a senior citizen, and I am a very social, outgoing friendly person, and I try to make friends everywhere i go. So, she checked on an item for me, and I complimented her on the store, and how nice it looked. I asked her what her name is and she told me ANNA. To which i replied that my name is Linda. And then she walked away at a very fast determined speed. which was rude enough, to walk away from a customer who is trying to talk to you. But, then there was a man there, shopping, and she walked past him, and as she went past him, she said to the man, "I HAVE TO GET AWAY FROM HER!" to which he responded, "I DON'T BLAME YOU! I WOULD DISAPPEAR!". I overheard the whole thing! Needless to say I was stunned! Because we were having such a nice conversation, so I couldn't understand why she would be so mean to a little old lady who was just trying to be nice to her! Anyone with her attitude doesn't value their job very much!. It made me feel SOOO BAD! I felt like 2 cents waiting for change. It was embarrassing, rude, uncalled for, degrading, demoralizing, humiliating, and hurtful. I am almost a daily shopper in that store,But, I certainly won't any more! I will donate to salvation Army in the future. That made me feel bad, but it made GOODWILL LOOK BAD! HER NAME IS ANNA. I would not want her working in MY store. Thank you for reading this!
