I purchased a video camera from this Best Buy. When I got home to work with the camera, I discovered that there had been video segments previously recorded. So basically, they sold me used merchandise! When I called to speak with the manager, they put me on an eternal hold and then I was disconnected. The second time I called, again I was put on hold for 10 minutes, before I finally hung up. I also noticed that they have a 25% restocking fee. With the $ they make on restocking, it would seem they could remove used merchandise from their shelves!

They over charged me. Charged me for services they know and I know I did not need. They NEVER FIXED MY COMPUTER. We put it in th shop with them several times. They kept hanging up on me. They had me on hold for a long time. The computer Geek Squad manager avoided me over the phone. They kept lying to me about getting a manager. They had us come in several times and the entire department acted like they did not want to be bothered with us. They found a reason to go in the back. We were never rude to them but they worked together to give us horrilbe service even employees we had nothing to do with....I would never bring my computer there again. It was a nightmare of an experience.
