Howard was so friendly! Let us try so many flavors with so much patience. He helped my husband by telling him not to buy 12 mg because it would be too much, then helped him when he bought a 6 mg that was too much. Good prices for quality products, you won't regret it!

Horrible experience with this store! I purchased a smoke pro m80 it worked on and off only a few times. I tried to return the malfunctioning product and they would not return it since it was longer than 30 days of purchase. You would think that spending over 100 dollars on a product it would last longer than 30 days!!!They told me to do an update and that was not a fix..I also purchased a zephyrus tank that they assembled and filled with liquid at the store that I never used since my mod does not work after updating it. They would not return or use it as store credit! So now I'm out over 150.00 and still am not vaping! Will never return to this store again they do not stand behind their products they sell!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they have a pretty good selection on hardware and juice. My favorite shop in town.

I went there today looking to be informed and I was great staff and was very helpful with my decisions. Answered every question and pointed me in the right direction for vaping. Good selection on flavors also check them out

WAY overpriced on hardware. The juice is priced great even though they rarely have the juice I use. Service is all in who you get. As far as kids, on every occasion I have been in they are checking ID's on anyone remotely close to 18 and I take my 10 year old son in with me. Don't understand someone writing it's a BAD environment. It's a store not a biker bar.

They sell to kids. They have sold to my son and several other young kids. They care more about money then these kids now a days. Everyone can say some of there products are not age restricted but when you have a 15 year old walk in you should not allow them im an environment like that..

Great Selection on the liquids. The eCigs are WAY over priced. We bought our kit on ebay for 20 bucks and they are selling the same model for 100.00. I would go there regularly for the liquid but the guy at the counter was just RUDE. He was not helpful at all and was even complaining about his fellow coworker. I almost felt like I was bothering him. This place has great potential but needs a new crew to make people feel welcome and a small drop in price on the eCigs. I realize you have to make a profit but I do not think 100.00 is a very reasonable price.

Great juice and hardware, but I feel like everytime there is a problem with my mod or tanks they are a little resistant to admit it is their problem.

I have been a customer at Saffire Vapor since the store has opened, and it is a pretty awesome store to say the least. He has a great inventory of top of the line vapors and e-liquid flavors (40+flavoures) all at very reasonable prices. I have already saved over $200 on cigarettes because I no longer smoke them. Coming from a guy who USE TO SMOKE at least pack and a half a day. I love this store I'll never smoke another cigarette again. Thanks for opening up Robert I think your store will help a lot of people struggling with cigarette addiction bro so thumbs up to you.
