Do NOT deal with this company!!!! I was out of town and let them know this and that would make my payment as soon as I returned on Monday. They said fine and never once mentioned charging me a late fee. I went in and paid my payment as promised and they wanted a $15 late fee. I refused to pay it and they continued to call me over $15. I have done business with them for over 4 years and the new people in their office are A JOKE! They sit and talk on the phone to their boyfriends, file their nails, will call you about payment yet when you walk in they can't find your file. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
