Did you know that if you pay your account using a credit card or debit card that you will be charged a hugh fee and continue to pay high interest rate on your credit card until the entire balance of your credit card is paid off? Well we found out the hard way. If I had been told up front then I would have paid the late fee which was not more than $5. As it hit my account the fee already is $25.59 on the day of transaction and paying a high interest rate each month. No one told me that this would be the way it was going to be. Thumbs down on Ascend Federal Credit Union for informing their members of this information. Pay late fee if you have to and save yourself lots of money.
