My experience with VHAH for the last few months has been positive for my 3 cats. Now, I can tell how VHAH is trustable. They tried to understand and emphasize the connection I have for my cats, not only focusing on doing just business.

When I first visited them was on 06/13/2017, I needed the 2nd opinion for my second cat’s dental problem. Dr. Molly McCullough explained to me slowly (because I am a foreigner) regarding teeth’s treatment and procedures. She also gave me a quote and it was very x 2 reasonable than other four clinics I have been to.
And also, she was very calm with my concerns. Based on my first time experience with her service, I started to trust her. Because, as she did her best in understanding a foreigner who is not fluent in English, I could believe she and VHAH will be also good with my pets’ need.
I also met Dr. Cheung for my 3rd cat on 06/21/17 with Ms. April who translated for me. Dr. Cheung is also very trustable, and I felt she was honest with me after she examined my 3rd cat.
I met Dr. Susan on 06/03/17 for my 2nd cat’s dental surgery and on 07/25/17 for my first cat’s abdominal problem. My first cat was 18 years old and I lost her about a month ago. However, I was so impressed VHAH when I took my first cat to Dr. Susan for an emergency. All staff consoled me with their warm words.
I really appreciate all of them and also thank God that I found this hospital for my cats.

We have been going to the Vernon Hills Animal Hospital for over 20 years. They are very friendly and treat our pets with great care and compassion. It is easy for us to get our questions answered and get appointments when we need them. All of the staff from the front desk to the assistants to the vets are professional and have seen us through all of our dogs needs - from puppies to older dogs. Would highly recommend VHAH

The vetinatians and staff are very caring - they love their patients. They take their time to answer questions and concerns. The facility is very clean. The hours are convenient. They go out of their way to accomodate emergencies. I am so glad I found Vernon Hills Animal Hospital.

We have been taking our four cats to this clinic for over 20 years. They have treated our animals professionally and with compassion through good and bad times. The staff is friendly and bends over backwards to help us. The vets try to find reasonable solutions to problems and cures. They also work with Save-A-Pet and contribute to reduced costs for spaying and neutering the shelter pets.

The staff is the best around! They are incredibly knowledgable and so helpful. They all truly love what they do, which makes going to the vet less of a hassle. I wouldn't want to take my two dogs anywhere else!

I am a schnauzer lover and have had a total of 6 in the past 30+ years. I became a client when Dr McCullough had her practice in a motorhome and came to my home. I think my longevity as a client speaks to my trust in the staff at VHAH. I now have 2 sisters, Maggie and Ellie. Dr Sneed has been very good to us. Recently both girls had their teeth cleaned and teeth extracted. The follow up of Dr Sneed and the staff was exceptional.

Like another reviewer, we switched to VHAH several years ago and have been so glad we did. The entire staff -- doctors, assistants, and front desk -- are wonderful! They give excellent care and are at the top of the game with their medical skills. When we had to put down our sweet chessie, Ginger, they were so helpful and compassionate. We also lost three other dogs over the years and each time they sent sympathy cards. I actually just picked up the ashes of one of our sweet dogs today, and the front staff woman (Sondra) was so kind and sympathetic. She obviously understood how emotional this is. I love this place. It's nice to take pets we love so much to a place where they treat them like they really "know" them. If you're looking for a vet in the area, this is where you want to go.

I've been taking my Yorkie to Vernon Hills Animal Hospital since she was 2 months old. She loves going there, has always gotten first rate care, and I would not talk her to another vet.

I have been taking my dogs to Vernon Hills Animal Hospital for at least ten years. I have never before experienced such outstanding Veterinarians and Tech's, as they take such extraordinary care of my dogs. I have tried to use Dr. Sneed exclusively, as I like the continuity of care for my girls. In the past 4 years, I have had to put down two of my beloved dogs, and the compassion they showed was incredible and they even sent a sympathy card, with notes from the entire staff. They set a very high standard, for which I am deeply grateful.

We have 2 rots and wouldn't take them anywhere else. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The doctors are amazing and always willing to talk to us when we have concerns or need to get the girls in quickly! A professional, caring organization that has animal care as their primary goal and it shows!

The staff and doctors are so nice and professional. My dog feels like part of the family. Whenever I have a question or concern, the staff is always willing to go above and beyond.

I switched to Vernon Hills Animal Hospital from another area vet, and I'm so glad I did! We adopted a new kitten and took him right over to see Dr. Cheung. She and the staff were GREAT. They were so caring and thorough with J.T. The way they fawned over him, you would have thought my cat was a celebrity! J.T. will be a patient for life! Thank you VHAH!
