I have never had a bad experience at this Merle Norman. I have been a client/customer for 5 or 6 years now, maybe longer. I have almost totally replaced my Macy's products with Merle Norman products because of the special attention I am given in this store.

I typically do not write reviews for businesses, however, after reading the unfortunate review against the Muncie Merle Norman Studio, I must! I have been a customer at the Muncie Studio for several years, even though there are other Merle Norman's closer to my home. The owner has never been anything but accommodating! I am always warmly welcomed when I enter the store. I feel like there is much time taken to ensure that I get just the right product for my needs. I KNOW that there is no way the owner would have thrown a compact at someone, it is just not her disposition. I would strongly encourage the patronage at this location, you will feel special!!

I give a zero star rating for the particular Merle Norman, the owner/sales respresentative was very uncaring in serving me (the customer). I was unsure of the colors I needed. The owner did not care about helping me. She threw a compact at me and said this would work. The owner claimed she did not have anything in a lighter shade. Not knowing, I took the powder compact (foundation) home to try. Later, I tried the makeup and my face was brown, but the rest of my body is white. I looked horrible and absolutely could not use this makeup. I had to drive back to Muncie (I live out of town) to return the makeup. Merle Norman is a great product, but we need someone that is helpful to find the right colors for each customer. I would not recommend going to this Merle Norman outlet, because even if you know what colors you want or need - the owner/sales person may not give it to you if she does not feel like it and she sure will not offer to order it for you. But, I do love Merle Norman products
