      The Baxter Regional Medical Center RN Residency is a year-long program to help transition new nursing graduates into clinical practice efficiently, while honing critical and evidence-based decision-making skills. The RN Residency program was designed to provide a comprehensive onboarding experience to support newly graduated registered nurses, from students, to safe, competent professional practitioners. The Baxter Regional RN Residency includes evidence-based curriculum, guided clinical experience with a preceptor and supportive components. Applications are accepted year-round for the residency program and are paid full-time positions.
