DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS TERRIFIED TO SET ANYTHING DOWN ON THE FLOOR, MUST LESS SIT IN THE CHAIR ON THE BED!!! This was the worst hotel room I have ever been in. It was supposed to be non-smoking and the room smelled so bad of smoke it was difficult to breathe. The beds looked as though they had never ever been cleaned and a muddy dog had rolled in them. I checked in after 11pm and the man at the desk was extremely rude because we interrupted the late night show he was watching. When we called and complained about the room he was extremely hostile and barked at us to try the room next door (it was NO BETTER!!). He said the rooms were cleaned daily and he didn't know why we were complaining (He must have been blind!!). When we checked out (ten minutes later) he was extremely rude and hostile towards us again and barked at us that our card had not been run (it had and put a hold in my account). It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! We drove all the way back to boone to check in at 12:30am just for a clean room! I am a home owner doing renovations to our house in mtn city and I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. When I asked to speak with a manager multiple times, I was repeatedly told that a manager was not available and that he (the front desk man) was not going to bother waking anyone up for complaints. This hotel should be shut down and torn down. NO amount Clorox can help it.
