My friend and I were the only 2 people in the place. The service was horrible. The acted as if the were to good to serve us, The food was not bad but not worth the attitude of price. No have a nice day or thanks come again, Dead silence when we left. Will never return.

Never Again! Waited an hour and a half (no exaggeration) for our food. After being told 10 more minutes several times, we decided to leave. Charged $21 for cheese, chips and cokes. I was told that I was charged this because I was not being nice for not waiting longer on my food. After I explained that I was being nice and that the service was unacceptable, he told me next time the cokes would be free. Keep your cokes - I will not be back.

Long story short, my wife is highly allergic to beans, so she ordered the Pollo Fiesta with the beans on the side (for my son). When the order came out the beans were on the plate-- and everything else. So we politely asked for another order. They then scraped the chicken onto another plate, complete with rice and beans still on the bottom of the chicken. My wife could have died from this. She then said she didn't want anything. We also asked for my pico to be on the side. They promptly charged us for another side of pico. We did not eat any of hers or the extra side of pico. When we went to pay, they said we made the mistake and for us not to come back!!! What did WE do wrong??? We eat out all the time and never have trouble anywhere else. Also, we have NEVER been told to "not come back". I would say to avoid this place, as they will not accept responsibility for THEIR mistakes. Such a shame.
