I dont write reviews, but felt this required it. Firstly, the sales staff were courteous, professional, amicable and "honest" to the point it was nauseating. It is to be expected, I guess., So, here is our story. Remember this part for later on, when we picked the RV after winterizing ALL the staff were dealt with were no longer present. Hmmmmw We purchased our Wildcat in 2015. It came from the East coast due to the floor plan. The floor plan we were planning on getting turned out to be unavailable. They also said the RV would arrive in time for our vacation, It didn'the. We interrupted our vacation to get it come to find out, keeping in mind we asked about the hitch, they had the wrong hitch and it wouldn't get here for another 4 days. Needless to say we weren't happy. However, we soldiered on. Now we're on the road and get to our first stop, the back couch in the bunk house has broken along with the sliding door to that room. Fast forward, they're winterizing it and fixing the broken stuff. They're having issues and keep it for 4 months. Fast forward, again, to our 2016 camping trip......back sliding door to the bunk house was not fixed. Now, wait for it, yes ALL the drawers inside come open while driving, the master bedroom door completely breaks - the whole frame comes off, the trim piece with carpet in the master comes off, the biggest kitchen drawer breaks, the trim underneath the cabinets comes off, we blow a fuse AND, lastly, the hitch is problematic in that we have to arrange the truck at the perfect anglet or it won't come loose. In my opinion, when you purchase something as expensive as an RV things shouldn't break or need fixing within a year. We had to waste several days trying to repair the damage.

I bought my tralier in July brand new had a couple problems with it but that's not the dealerships fault. They took in my tralier and even gave me a loaner. When I purchase something big I always go to a place we're the customer is first and glen service Manger and Wayne the gm showed me just that and I'm thankful I bought from poulsbo rv of Mt. Veron.
