I twice previously worked with this firm, in the areas of Estates and on a Trust for my elderly mother. It was more than satisfactory so I went back in May for help on a new issue and have been attempting to get even a single callback for nearly TWELVE WEEKS. The receptionist keeps making excuses about "busy" and "vacation" etc. and today offered an appointment five weeks in the future. Service is not in the lexicon.
