I have nothing but GOOD things to say about Accurate Appliance in Mount Vernon! After trying unsuccessfully to deal with Lowe's suggested repair service on our new Frigidaire refrigerator (Lewis Appliance out of Mansfield,) I finally decided to talk to Frigidaire directly. They gave me the option of Accurate Appliance. What a difference! They were prompt in getting an appointment, actually showed up, took enough time to accurately figure out the problem, & have followed up to make sure all issues are resolved. We always prefer to deal locally, and this just confirms that preference.

I also was "given" Accurate Appliance as my repair place by a warranty company from a purchase through Lowe's. Do not call this place. Last week they didn't show up at their scheduled time. I called, so they came the next day. My dryer needed a part (which was a wheel that turns the belt which turns the drum), but they did not have it in stock. It was ordered last Thursday and I was told it would be in on Monday. It is now the next Thursday and still no service. I called on Tuesday to ask if the part had come in. It had. Lady receptionist made an appt. for technician to come the next day, Wed., but he didn't show. That is 2 "no shows" with this place for the same issue. I called. No answer. I left voice mail. No return call. It is now Thursday. I guess I have to call them again to get them to honor their contract with the extended warranty company that I paid. Wish I could give zero stars. Call someone else!!!

Never call these people. Told them over phone issue with oven. Arrived, spent 30 minutes and ordered part. Came to install part, 1 week later, was told issue was not this part afterall, he had "assumed" it was this problem, didn't really diagnose when he came for an 80.00 service call.



When I called the office to get an estimated delivery date for the part (when I assumed they knew what they were doing) secretary told me she did not have a "crystal ball".



Unbelievable. Run Away! Wish I had been warned....

Would never deal with this outfit if I didn't have to, but Samsung has contracted with them for warranty coverage in my area. So when our Samsung refrigerator stopped cooling on the refrigerator side Samsung sent Accurate Appliance Repair out to perform warranty service. It took several days for a repair man to show up. Then once the repair man looked at the fridge he told us to stop using the freezer side (which was still working) and he would get the parts ordered. Several days later I called Accurate Appliance Repair to see if they received the part and they told me that the parts we in, but they wouldn't be able to come out and repair it until the following week. So when the scheduled repair time came the repair man showed up and surprise...he says he forgot the parts to perform the repair, he refused to go and get the part and complete the repair. He just left saying he had another repair to fix. When I called Accurate Appliance Repair the receptionist was very rude...told me to call someone else. We've had to miss so much time off of work messing with this outfit. Do yourself a favor if you are reading this and call anyone else for your appliance repair needs.

Came out charged us a small fortune and didn't even fix the dryer!! had to call another company to fix the problem.... it took them 4 days to show up!!! the second company I called came out the same day!
