At Mount Vernon Countryside Manor we operate with the philosophy that our residents need to be nurtured, respected, and engaged in making decisions about their activities and health care. We offer a variety of levels of nursing care, and we are happy to personalize a plan of care to meet individual needs. .>Personal Skilled Nursing Care >Rehabilitation Therapy >Daily Living Assistance >Meals & Activities We accept both Medicare and Medicaid. In addition to our long-term care program, we have an outstanding short-term rehabilitation program for those who are recuperating from surgery or injury and need a comprehensive program to regain their strength and independence. We strive to create a genuine, comfortable place for our residents to call home and focus on fulfilling individual needs and expectations to the greatest extent possible.

      Night staff overdosed my dad and all staff ignored his infection, he nearly died, they also refused to call an ambulance
