Retained this attorney for an estate issue and paid a substantial retainer. I was never given anything in writing to be used for documentation. Called recently to move forward and was told my case was closed in March. No final bill was sent, no phone call to say they were closing the case. When I would call to inquire about something, he rarely remembered me or anything about the case. He claimed that we had e-mailed each other, but that was untrue, his support staff e-mailed the final bill to the wrong address, again no call to verify the e-mail address after I spelled it out for her three times. I called twice to find out why I had not received the bill, finally had to go in person to pick it up. I received better information from Legalzoom.com than I did from this attorney. In my opinion, way over-priced at $200 per hour for the service that I received.
