DON'T STORE YOUR STUFF HERE! This place has a number of things wrong.



First off it is poorly managed. There is never anyone in the office and no one answers the phone. When I was moving out, I left a note for the manager at the office. There was a check left by a tenant in a drop box outside. The check had a date on it and had been sitting there for over 20 days!



MICE!!!! The place is infested with rodents! The mice destroyed a lot of my possessions. I found feces in nearly everything that was opened. They made nests out of clothes and stuffed animals. I found dead mice as well in some boxes.



Last December when I snowed, I attempted to get into my storage unit a week after the storm. The place had not been plowed. There were no foot prints in the snow, and no one had been there. The place looked abandoned. I contacted the manager and asked her to get the drive ways plowed so I could access my unit. She said she would but never followed through. Unfortunately that was our only good snow last year and my family missed out on skiing (because the equipment was in the storage unit.)



The place is absolutely not secure. The gate is NEVER closed and there is no one on the property running the place. The back fence is all bent up and it would be easy for anyone to access the property from the back as well.



She also did not return my deposit. She claimed that it was waived when I moved in and I know for a fact it wasn't. I have records on my credit card statement that I was charged a deposit when I moved in. I wrote her about this and since then she has ignored my emails and not returned my deposit.



This place is just awful and I would not recommend renting a unit from this woman. She is shady and doesn't know how to run a business.

This is a hidden treasure. It's a one stop shop. I came from the bay area to store my belongings because this was too good of a deal to pass up. I was able to get a weekend get away and I saved 60% by storing my stuff at this facility. I stayed in their lovely onsite chalet while taking my time unloading my U-Haul into a 11x25' storage unit.

We went hiking and to the lake. Moving has never been so easy. Kudos!

Great place. Fast & friendly service. I met with the owner and she was very nice. Extremely Very knowledgable and helpful.. We stayed onsite in their cute studio and she gave us a 50% discount. Great value! I would definately go back

These guys are under new ownership. I understand they are dropping thier prices. And are offering up to three months free rent if you pay a year in advance.
