Heritage Health Services, LLC. is a personal care agency dedicated to serving the needs of individuals in Southeastern Wisconsin. We offer non-medical personal care workers for Medicaid/Forward Health/Title 19 participants.We believe that safety and confidence in personal care should be everyones number one priority.Heritage Health Services is able to assist you in hiring and training the perfect personal care worker for you. How do we know that they are perfect for you? Because YOU choose your personal care worker. Each of our clients are encouraged and empowered to choose personal care workers that they feel will give them the style and quality of care that they deserve. Through Medicaid benefits, we offer a service allowing your loved ones to get compensated for assisting in your daily care, at no cost to you.
