      General Info
      Mark Choi, MD, is a Medical Oncologist/Hematologist with Ascension Medical Group. Dr. Choi is board-certified in Oncology and Hematology. He provides personalized and compassionate medical care to adults with blood-related problems and wide ranges of cancer to patients in the Cancer Center as well as those who are hospitalized. Dr. Choi has a special interest in patients with gastrointestinal cancers including cancer of the liver and pancreas. He also helps those with other cancers such as lung, breast and blood-related. He enjoys and deeply appreciates multidisciplinary discussions with other healthcare providers such as surgical and radiation oncologists about his patients. He believes that medical care should be provided in a manner that is mutually agreeable and tries to maintain a flexible and accommodating schedule. He finds much satisfaction in his work and feels blessed for it. Dr. Choi is often described by his patients as being compassionate, patient, and an excellent teacher. Outside of the office, Dr. Choi enjoys playing tennis, watching movies, and listening to audiobooks and podcasts.
