I had a major problem here. I had been going here for years. I had a bridesmaids dress that i took in two weeks in advance. i said i needed it by the thursday two weeks from bringing it in. My pick up slip even had the right date. I called the thursday before the wedding (my scheduled pick up date) to make sure the dress was ready to pick up. She said that she had not even started it, and it was not supposed to be ready for the following week. I explained that she was wrong and that I had a slip to prove it. I tried very hard to explain the situation, but she refused to listen to me until I got really nasty. I wanted to come pick up the dress untouched and get a refud so i could get on my way out of town. She refused to do this. I had paid in advance (should have known not to trust a place that makes you pay in advance since no others do). I told her that she could keep my money, I would pick up the dress, and small claims court could see if she had to refund me or not and reminded her about my slip. After i threatened to sue her and cussed her out (two things i don't do and was uncomfortable doing) she altered the dress crappily while i waited to be able to get on the road. when i picked it up, i showed her the slip i had with the correct date on it. she had written it down wrong on her calendar. she had made me pay for a rush at 2 weeks, so i have no idea why she would have thought a rush payment would be made on a 3-week turnaround time, which is what she had written down. She refused to give me any sort of refund for my troubles even after seeing that she was wrong and had caused me a lot of trouble. She does good work, except in this case, but there are other people who do good work and don't have you pay in advance, rush a 2-week turnaround time, and screw up and tell you it's your fault. she did not even apologize for her mistake. Go elsewhere where you don't risk losing your money or not having things ready.

I will NEVER go anywhere else. Mrs. Bonnie saved me and my wedding dress. The seamstress who my boutique uses messed up my wedding gown two days prior to my portraits. Your Alteration Shop fixed it within a day and a half. It is perfect!!!! I have taken everything to them for 3 yrs and will never stray again!!!!!
