As a physician specializing in pain mgmt. and rehab, I knew who was the best when I suffered a disabling motorcycle injury. Because of Dr. Wilkins reputation, he was the immediate concencus opinion of my neurosurgeon, orthopedic surgeon, neurologist, physical therapist, and especially myself! Dr. Wilkins, utilizing decompression therapy, advanced chiropractic, and coupled with progressive therapeutic exercises has done the unthinkable! He has completely resolved 4 massive herniated discs in my cervical spine, as evidenced by pre & post treatment MRI examination of the affected discs. Not only are the discs better, but the spinal cord is no longer compressed ( stenosis), the severe rt arm pain, numbness, and weakness is gone. And the almost daily VERY severe migraine headaches are also completely GONE!!!
In closing, I and my team of Dr's that treat me consider these results on severe, massive multiple herniated discs with cord compression to be amazing and cutting edge. And considering that it's done without the pain and potential dangers of surgery makes it so much safer as well as cost effective. I'm actually looking forward to beginning the same painless, effective program for my injured lumbar discs next
It took a few times and I'm very satisfied. I def will keep Dr. Wilkins because of my being prone to sports injuries. Was able to work with me concerning my insurance where some others wouldn't.
Dr. Wilkins could not alleviate my back pain. The billing practices are awful. The whole experience felt more like purchasing a car than meeting with a health care professional. The DRS protocol is nothing more than simple traction therapy which is offered by most other chiropractors.
Dr. Wilkins was able to help me be more mobile than ever before and got rid of the pain, with only a few sessions. He explained everything in a way I could understand and I was very comfortable the whole time. He was a God send for me!
To me this place is a pure hustle. They make you watch an infomercial give you a sales pitch that car salesmen could learn from and then lay on you how many treatments you will need. For me it was from 20 to 30 at a upfront cost of $5050.00 before you receive one treatment. I never went to any doctor that wanted paid before he treated me and sure as hell never for twenty visits in advance. I didn't ask but I bet that the 5k was for only 20 treatments and I would need the other 10 for another $2450.00. When I said nobody gets paid like that and told them it was a hustle the nice polite girl got very nasty. You feel like you just spent an hour and a half with a car salesman. You pay as you go with a dentist you pay as you go with most but not this guy.
