Olive packs and sells more than 80 million jars of processed and fresh packed pickles, peppers and relishes each year. The company uses 120 million pounds of cucumbers and peppers annually. The company has developed close ties at home with the community of Mount Olive, N.C. as well as a productive relationship with educational institutions in the fields of horticulture, food science and engineering.
