i would not recommend his services. I had a bosch dryer that had lint clogged up in the back of the drum. he came out on 23 dec 2010 and spent 4 hours fixing the problem and after assembling the the dryer the start button would not allow the dryer to start. he said he would be out the next day and never showed up. he never called me back but i called his office several times and he finally answered. he said he was under the weather and he said he would be out on 27 dec (the snow day) i called back and Lett a message to tell him not to show up. He provided bad service, bad communication, and was unable to fix the dryer the first time. these are nothing but the facts. would not recommend him to fix my toaster
