I love the Save-a-lot here in Mount Morris. Not only have I received excellent service (meaning ABOVE and beyond) from at least half a dozen employees, I love that they each have character, humor, are bright, and dedicated. It shows, to me at least, in so many ways, little and large. Kudos to the management with the courage to hire individuals rather than cookie cut-outs. I really enjoy the individuality Not to mention, of course, the great prices, decent hours, and classic rock on the sound system.!!! I wanted to say "don't change a thing," but I would like to see the clearance tagged better.

As a Mount Morris resident , I am pleased with this grocery store overall and appreciate having this service .

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. The manager of the store definitely not a people person and could care less about customer satisfaction. There are two other stores near the area that deserve your business this one does not.

The over all store is clean but service is terrible. Majority of the help there has piercings, and they were rude. The produce was disgusting...tomatoes were rotten and there were fruit flies everywhere. When I had gone to the check out the cashier was commenting on the customer before me to another employee how "creepy" that customer was...I was completely astounded as to how this business has survived with the kind of people that work there. I have told everyone I know about the Mt. Morris Save A Lot and from now on I will be going to Geneseo to shop.
