I've never had the experience of feeling truly valued as an employee, until I started working for UAP. I feel as though I am trusted to do my job without a manager looking over my shoulder. But at the same time there are a lot of people here to provide support when necessary. In addition to a great work environment, the company goes over and above with employee appreciation events! We get to have pool parties, go to sporting events, holiday parties & participate in potlucks! There is even a day care right in the office. It says a lot about a company when most of it's employees have been employed for 10+ years and still love their jobs.

I can’t imagine any company doing more than UAP does to keep employees happy and help them succeed. From big all-night Christmas parties to little things like free bagels or lunches, UAP goes above and beyond to let its people know they are appreciated. UAP has regular pool parties, potlucks, company outings, and even has an on-site daycare! You’d think that with all the extras they offer that UAP would work its employees to death, but it’s actually a great place to work from a professional perspective too. Most people work a regular 40 hour schedule, with flex time available in the summer, and UAP is willing to hire people without much relevant experience and truly teach them everything they need to know.

Before I started working at UAP, my old job expected me to work long hours and I never felt that my work was appreciated. This is not the case at UAP. I've received excellent support and training throughout my time so far and I feel like I have become a part of a family. UAP strives to make sure that their employees know how much their hard work is appreciated by planning numerous events, including potlucks, barbecues, holiday outings, costume parties, scavenger hunts, and so on. It is also very family-oriented - they're truly understanding of any personal struggles you're going through and go the extra mile to make sure you're accommodated. There is even a daycare right down the hall! It's truly been an honor to work for such an amazing company that I'd recommend to anyone who asks!

UAP is a wonderful company to work for!! Most companies just care about what you can do for them and not much about your needs. UAP honestly cares about their employees! We do many outings that include concerts, pool parties, and sporting events. They are so family oriented they even opened a day care right in the office! I know that if I ever needed something they would be there for me! I truly love working at UAP!!!

Don't take a job with this company. They are full of crap, I left a job & only give a 1 wk notice to come to this company. I worked 3 1/2 days and they let me go saying I was not up to there standards. I really don't feel they even gave me a chance, and if they wanted a Excel Expert they should have tested me before they offered me the job. I took this job because it was 5 minutes from home and felt I was lucky... I knew pretty much right away I made a mistake, you have to clock in and out to go to the bathroom which is crazy. I am 52 years old when you gotta go you gotta go, they made this out to be a fun company. Fun whatever... If it seems to good to be true it is but I have a silver lining to this story. My old job is taking me back because with such a short notice they could only get a temp.
