This business should not even be open at night or be referred to as an after hours solution to marine wildlife. Around midnight on 4/9/2016, I found an adult seal on San Carlos beach in Monterrey. Referred to this number by 911, I was rudely told that the people answering this call had no knowledge what to do and someone would be at the beach at 7 am to help the animal. FYI the animal would not have made it 7 more hours to 7am. The people on the other line did not care at all, especially a woman named "Kim" who claimed to be the manger. There is no reason to call this number because they don't offer any help or have any purpose. In fact they legitamailty do not seem to care about marine life needs after dark. Despite their lack of assistance, my friend managed to corse the seal into the water and he or she successfully swam away. We saved the seal with out the help of this so called business. My actual rating is negative .
